We accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect Items
  2. Defective Items
  3. Issues with Size or Fit

Buyers must fill in the returns form above within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel. All items must be in brand new, original condition as when the buyer first received it. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

 

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item, we will be happy to process an exchange for the item you originally ordered.

In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will be able to provide a full refund after the incorrect item has been returned.

Please be assured that postage fees will be fully borne by us.

 

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, we will be happy to process an exchange for you. Please send us an image of the defect at <insert email here> and we will provide you with the details for return. You may send the item back to us or drop by at our warehouse for a one-to-one exchange after you have received a confirmation email stating the details for return.

In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, you could opt to receive the replacement after the next restock or to receive a refund after the defective item has been returned.

Please be assured that postage fees will be fully borne by us.

 

Issues with Size or Fit

We are aware that finding the best fit can be tricky sometimes so if you are not comfortable with the size or fit of your order, we will be happy to accept a one-to-one exchange for the same product.

An exchange for a different product would be accepted only if the same product is out of stock or one-sized. Please note that if the value of the exchange item is greater than the original purchased item, a top up of the difference would be required.

As measurements would be provided in the product listing, buyers are encouraged to review the measurements before making a purchase. Hence, please note that for issues with size or fit, all exchange postage fees will be borne by the buyer. Differences in Pricing for Exchange Item

In the event of an exchange for another product, the following pricing conditions apply. If you select other items in our store that are of the same price or have a lower price than the initial purchase, no top up is required. Discrepancies in the prices will not be refunded. If you select items that have a higher price than the initial purchase, you will be required to top up the difference. We will contact you about the amount to top up and details of payment.

 

Processing Time

We will do our utmost to process and mail out your exchange as quickly as possible. Postage will be sent to the original shipping address.

 

Other Important Terms & Conditions

Any defect must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in the brand new, original condition you received them in. If we are satisfied that the item returned to us is in suitable condition, we will exchange the product. We will also refund all shipping charges for the return process (only for incorrect or defective items). Please fill in the Return Form above to indicate the details of the return.

We make refunds on item price only when the type or size of the originally placed order is no longer available. All refund amounts will be credited into the bank account or Paypal account you used for initial payment. Refunds will be issued within 28 days of receipt of your return.
